Say goodbye to rental stress—at Union 12, we provide stylish and functional tables and chairs for up to 300 guests, all included in your package. But that’s not all. We understand that every wedding is unique, which is why we offer fully customizable layouts to fit your vision. 3. Open-Door Policy for Vendors
At Union 12, we believe your wedding should be a true reflection of your personal style, and that extends to every detail—especially your vendors! We offer a no-fee, open-door vendor policy, which means you have the freedom to choose the vendors you want to work with! Whether you’re selecting caterers, florists, photographers, or entertainers, the choice is entirely yours. The only requirement is that your main food meal must be provided by a caterer that is licensed and insured. We do allow you to bring in food not through a licensed caterer, but we require you to pay a $500 refundable damage deposit and you would need to obtain a certificate of liability insurance.
We want you to feel in control of your special day, ensuring that every aspect—food, décor, and entertainment—reflects your unique taste and preferences.
4. Ample Paved Parking Lot
We understand that the convenience and comfort of your guests is a top priority, especially when it comes to transportation. That's why we offer an ample, paved parking lot right on-site, ensuring that your guests can park with ease and avoid the hassle of searching for spots. Our parking lot is spacious enough to accommodate up to 300 guests, and we have an additional stone lot if needed (we have never needed it for a wedding!). We want your guests to start their celebration on the right foot, so we’ve made sure that parking is one less thing to worry about.

A great wedding celebration isn’t complete without the perfect drinks, and we ensure your bar service is nothing short of excellent. Our professional, licensed bartenders are dedicated to providing exceptional service, ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout your event. We offer a variety of bar options, including per-person pricing or a cash bar option. With a cash bar, your guests can enjoy complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, while they have the option to purchase alcoholic drinks if they prefer. No matter the option, we’ll work with you to create the ideal experience for your big day.
