Floor Plans
Union 12 provides a custom floor plan to all clients. About eight months before your event, we begin discussing the initial details of your layout. We will ask questions about the preference of table size, specialty tables (like gifts, guestbook, dessert, etc.), arch options, etc. One month prior to the event, we will finalize the layout based on your final number.
Note: Setup of tables and chairs is included in our event pricing, however, Union 12 staff does not participate in any floor plan alterations/customizations after it is set up. Please be sure to bring the necessary help on your event day if you wish to make alterations to the final floor plan.
The layouts below are some of our most common floor plans that work the best in our space. Any of these layouts can be customized. If you love a floor plan below but it is not around your head count, we can adjust the tables to get to your head count!
ROUNDS
LAYOUT A
Seating for 64 guests
- Open layout with plenty of room for the dance floor and spacing in-between tables
- Can seat all guests on the main floor and guests can see from where they are seated
- Pathway for a grand entrance
- Works well with most head tables
LAYOUT B
Seating for 120 guests
- Open layout with plenty of room for the dance floor and spacing in-between tables
- Can seat all guests on the main floor and guests can see from where they are seated
- Pathway for a grand entrance
- Works well with most head tables
Layout C
Seating for 176 guests
- Closed in dance floor
- Maximum tables on the main level
- For couples that do not like the spotlight, this is a good option to be closer to your guests
- Works well with most head tables
Layout D
Seating for 208 guests
- Closed in dance floor
- Works great with a sweetheart table
- For couples that do not like the spotlight, this is a good option to be closer to your guests but still have a sweetheart table!
- Maximum round tables on the balcony
RECTANGLES

Seating for 128 guests
- Plenty of room for a dance floor
- Seats all guests on the main floor
- Pathway for a grand entrance
- Tables are spaced so it is not too crowded

- Very open layout with plenty of space
- Tables are spaced so it is not too crowded - Space for a large dance floor
- Maximum seating in the balcony
- Works with most head tables

- Closed in dance floor
- Not too crowded in-between tables - Pathway for a grand entrance

LAYOUT M
Seating for 152 guests
- Pathway for a grand entrance
- Good variety of tables (mixture of rounds, rectangles, and kings tables)
- Guests have space to walk around tables
- Works well with most head tables
LAYOUT N
Seating for 170 guests
- Pathway for a grand entrance
- Plenty of room for a dance floor
- All guests can see the couple from their seats
- Centerpiece options for the variety of tables (round vs. rectangle)
- Works well with most head tables
