When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by Kendall, or one of our other staff members, who will guide you through the entire tour. We pride ourselves on creating a relaxed and welcoming environment so you can feel confident asking questions and sharing your vision for your special day.
2. An Inside Look at Our Venue Space
Your tour will begin with a walkthrough of our beautiful property, including:
- The Hall: Our stunning indoor reception space features high ceilings, natural light, and modern-rustic charm. It’s perfect for hosting weddings of up to 300 guests and can be customized to match any style.
- The Covered Back Porch: This flexible space is ideal for hosting your ceremony, cocktail hour, or even yard games during the reception.
- Outdoor Property: Explore our 20 acres, which includes our serene pond and meticulously manicured grounds, providing the perfect backdrop for your ceremony or wedding photos.
- The Courtyard:
See the versatile space that’s perfect for cocktail hour, photos, yard games during the reception, or even a food truck as a late night snack!
- The Farmhouse/Suites: Take a peek at the Farmhouse designed for the wedding party to prepare, relax, and soak in every moment before the big event. With two private suites, each party has its own space to get ready for the big day.
3. Highlighting our Unique Features
As we walk you through the venue, we’ll highlight some of the unique features that make Union 12 stand out from other venues. One of the first things you'll notice is our included amenities. We provide tables, chairs, additional fixtures, such as a photo wall, black rolling bar table, barrels, cocktail tables, benches, and arch options, making it easy to focus on the fun details of your day while we handle the essentials.
We also offer a variety of optional add-ons, such as our neon signs, a floral chandelier structure for a stunning centerpiece, a mimosa cart to enjoy while getting ready in the farmhouse, and even an inflatable tube man bride and groom for a playful touch. Additionally, we pride ourselves on the flexibility we offer with vendors. You'll have the freedom to work with any licensed caterer of your choice, giving you full control over your menu and the overall vibe of your celebration.

5. Booking Your Date
Once you’ve seen the venue and are ready to take the next step, we’ll guide you through the booking process to secure your date. Our team will help you with everything from reviewing the contract to finalizing the details, ensuring everything is clear and in place for your big day. Because many of our most sought-after dates fill up quickly, we recommend touring and booking the venue as soon as possible to ensure you get your preferred date, especially if you have your heart set on a specific date.
Our online booking calendar makes it easy to view available dates and our transparent pricing. The calendar is updated in real time, so if a date is booked, it will instantly turn red. After you receive the contract and invoice, you'll have 5 days to review, sign, and complete the payment to officially reserve your date.
